The deadline to register for the GTF Institute in Oxford this August 10-16 has now been extended until May 1, 2014.
GTF students and alumni who are interested in attending this unique summer course offered by the Graduate Theological Foundation and made possible by the Oxford University Department for Continuing Education should be aware of the following deadlines for registration and deposit:
A student or alumnus/a’s place on the Institute will be secured upon receipt of registration and deposit.
The GTF Institute in Oxford will have a theme of “Liturgy, Spirituality, and the Practice of Ministry,” and will be held on the campus of Christ Church College, Oxford, one of the oldest and most beautiful of the 37 colleges that make up the University of Oxford. Two seminars will comprise the week-long Institute which will be led by Dr. John H. Morgan of the GTF (morning seminar), and Canon Angela Tilby (Diocesan Canon of Christ Church Cathedral, Oxford) and The Revd Dr. Robin Gibbons of Oxford and the GTF (afternoon seminar).
Located in the heart of Oxford, students in the Institute will be able to explore Oxford’s many neighborhoods and museums, ancient churches and cathedrals, and the numerous Oxford colleges within walking distance of Christ Church.
