In 2014, the GTF will introduce the first volume of Foundation Theology to contain both faculty and student essays. We are seeking essays from faculty and students on ministry-related topics for inclusion in the 2014 volume. The deadline for submission is April 15, 2014. Foundation Theology is an annual monograph of collected essays for ministry professionals that has been published annually since 1984. The Foundation Theology monograph is distributed to the top 50 theological institutions in the U.S. as well as to institutions in Europe. Contributors also receive gift copies.
Over the past 30 years, contributors to the monograph have written on topics as diverse as mediation, psychoanalysis, logotherapy, health care and social justice, women and Jewish traditions, church-culture relations, institutional organization, Islamic compassionate care, papal diplomacy, theological education, domestic violence, poverty and hunger, the Virgin Mary in various faith traditions, ethics, pastoral care, the Wesleyan tradition, nonviolent protest, and many other topics related to ministry.
